Christopher Michael has been an educator in New York State for the past 37 years, working in Long Island school districts. Currently, Chris is an educational consultant for Nassau BOCES and adjunct instructor for St. Mary’s College in CA. A proud father, Chris and his wife Marianne reside in Wantagh. A SUNY Geneseo (’88) graduate, he received a Masters degree in Literacy Education from Dowling College (’94) and a doctoral degree in Educational Administration from St. John’s University (’08). Presently, Chris is working with Ohio State University, Lesley University and St. Mary’s College in CA supporting early literacy instructional practices.
